These are all fast and easily to use, and a lot of them are free to access. For example businesses use these forms of communication to interact with the customers, to advertise and make them aware of new or existing products. Advantages of fast interaction, is that many people become aware and business have an opportunity to make themselves popular. Disadvantages- because its mainly virtual, you don't know who you are making contact with, so wrong and unwanted attention could be drawn to you.
